Forum Setup

This is a bid request for installation of a phpBB forum on an existing website. Here is a list of the specifications this forum will need. I am open to suggestions from the coder on how to improve the usability and security of the forum. 1. Each page of the forum must be to be crawled and indexed by Google, Yahoo, and MSN. Search engine friendly URLs and meta tags on all post pages (based on contents of post). 2. It must be set up in such a way to prevent spam posts/spam users/bots. 3. Must include image verification for new user signup 4. Must require the user to register before they can post or search the forum. 5. Must incorporate customized images that will be provided. 6. Search functionality. 7. A site map listing all posts by category that automatically updates as new posts are created. 8. Ability for administrator to create aliases and post responses. 9. The ability to ban users based on the IP address. 10. The ability to place Adsense ads. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Built on phpBB.
