Default Mailto Program

I would like to have an application that will add a new program to the Email Programs options in Internet Explorer. If you go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs Tab you will see the Email programs that can be set. Once set this program will launch when the user clicks on a link to send an Email. By default IE adds HotMail, Outlook, and Outlook Express. I would like to add an additional program to the list and have it open a custom URL. This functionality is similar to the option in Yahoo Mail: Set your default e-mail program to Yahoo! Mail - Learn how to make Yahoo! Mail your default mail program. Download our new "Yahoo! Mailto" application! This is the functionality that I am looking for. I will supply the URL of a custom Email application that I have developed. When the user clicks on a Mailto link the new URL will open and pass the Mailto address to the program. The program should be very light weight and easy to download and install over the Web. The requirements are to be able to install and uninstall the program, and it should be listed in the Email programs section of IE. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Must run on all versions of IE 5.0 and up.
