Build a Gift Certificate

I hired a programmer who started to work on this project and now has gotten too busy to complete it. It is a gift certificate program that enables customers to 'build' their gift certificate online. Javascript is used initially for the form and then asp for succeeding stages. What has been worked on thus far is at this address **[login to view URL] ** Once this form is completed it constructs the gift certificate. If approved by the customer the gift certificate is sent. **What is needed:** 1) The form needs the ability to be cleared in case a mistake is made by the customer 2) Before sending the gift certificate the customer must be charged for it. The vendor has signed up with [login to view URL] but the interface to charge the customer must be constructed. Once the certificate is created the customer pays for it and THEN it is sent. 3) The vendor needs a way to track who purchased a certificate, what they ordered, and if he needs to send out a package by mail. 4) Another selection to add gratuities. Radio buttons or drop down window with predetermined amounts 10,15,20...etc If a gratuity is added it will display on the gift certificate as 'Gratuity Included' ...the customer will be charged whatever he or she selected. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows server, ASP
