Application Training Consultation

Need to create training/user help materials for new web application. I would like to use a combination of video/audio clips for feature overviews, Captivate (or similar) for user understanding confirmation and other tools that make sense. I need someone who can provide a focused, prioritized, efficient training "plan of attack" and then help me implement (as part of a separate RAC ticket). Here's what I need: 1) a chat or phone consultation (~30 minutes) to discuss my needs and logical choices of available tools to provide "help" for my application. 2) A post-discussion bullet-point outline of steps necessary to achieve goals . 3) Determine division of labor for which parts of the process should be accomplished by me (content, etc.) vs. by a designer. 4) ~30 minutes for related email follow-ups.
