Need County Name for ZIP Codes

Please check the attached Spreadsheet . There are over 11500 ZIP codes in column A . All of they are from USA . I need to insert the County Name in column B for all ZIPs . I know this site : [login to view URL] , where you can input a ZIP and thwy show the County name instantly .. But I need someone to do this by scripting or any automated solution for these ZIP codes . I am also okay with any Manual Work but as, I need this urgently , may be automated solution is perfect for fast delivery . Please bid within the budget .. Thanks Emon
