398520 URL Shortening Site

I have a URL shortening PHP Script/Site. I need a site designed around it, to make it a little prettier. 1) The PHP code first needs to be checked as there is an error during registration and logon - this used to work, but I am guessing there is a syntax error somewhere now - should take 5 minutes if you know what you doing, I don't! 2) Once the PHP code is fixed I want a wrapper type of web design done to wrap around the code. Basically to turn it into a fully functional PHP/MySQL website with graphics, headers etc. The Admin area, needs to be prettied up too so that I can manage users, email users, and manage links. Sections in the admin area also need to be added to manage plugins and signup form code like aweber, also to manage and insert payment gateway code form [login to view URL], Paypal etc and an area to insert adsense code or yahoo PPC code. In other words think of it as a WordPress Type design and admin site, but for URL Shortening and tracking services. Look at BudURL and [login to view URL], SnipURL and some of the top 10 URL shortening sites to get an idea of the functionality I am looking for. I also want an Ad section for inputting ad links, affiliate links etc so I can sell Ad space on my site. 3) I need to be able to sell these full URL Shortening sites and users need to be able to change the headers, change the name, colors etc to match their brand, domain names etc I am guessing that it needs to have CSS as I am not a web programmer/developer/designer I need to have this all taken care of me. I need to have the user download the site software, create a MySQL database and run the [login to view URL] to set it up on their website quick and easy. 4) I need to have link tracking functionality added, link tracking graph options and reporting options created for users to track and report their URL's (look at [login to view URL]) 5) create a WordPress Plugin Version of this
