**Support and Web Master** **We have developed a very exciting software system for the e-retailers to analyze competitors prices and markets.** We are looking for a person to perform assistant duties with focus on our daily customer service and handling/testing our daily Workflow. You need basic programming skills inside, [login to view URL] and PHP and knowledge with Magento and you must be able to perform Test on internal PHP work. You can deliver independent and reliable work to predefined deadlines. You will be responsible for our general customer support and make sure that all customers are handled correct by our other teams. **Support and Web Master** Daily Workflow Online Support Customer reply / questions / answers Manage Integrity in Internal information Testing and approval of delivered external PHP work Manage our Webshop / Magento Different Assistant duties **Qualifications** PHP/html/css programing skills Have been working with E-commerce Magento High level of structure in daily work and consistent High Level of Customer Service English/US written/spoken Experienced in Affiliate software **Payment** Fixed Monthly fee depending on Qualifications Contractors from English speaking countries are preferred (UK/US).
