WebCAM / Chat Software

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE RESPONDING!! I am looking for an experieced coder that can deliver Webcam/Chat software as a plug-in for websites. Please DO NOT bid if you do not have knowledge of developing such Video/Chat systems. Does not matter which programming language you choose to write the software in, but it must be 100% fully functional. Here is how it should work: A visitor will come to a website and decided to click on button that allows for WebCam Viewing of Website Owner. If owner has WebCam turned on, then visitor can see live images of website owner being broadcast to website. If owner wishes to chat with visitor of website, they can do that as well with Webcam on or off. Software should be very easy for website owner to install and use. Only coders with a history on RAC may be considered for this project. I will need to look at your Resume and other jobs. Sorry, but I can not accept bids from coders who "Think" they can deliever this system. Thanks for your time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98/2000/XP, IE4+, Netscape4+
