Video Driver Hook

I am looking for someone to write a video driver hook that I can use for remote desktop operation. I have learned this will be a much faster method than any other for remote desktop operation. This way I can detect only the changed areas on the screen much faster and less system resources. Please let me know what experience you have in this area along with past projects containing this type of coding. I know this would not be possible in VB6 but maybe you could write a DLL that would work in conjunction with VB6. Basically the end result application should grab only the changed areas, compress and send to a client by winsock. I just need the routines - no interface. Further work will follow.. Also, the more information you can provide as far as what you can do for me, what language, what versions of windows it will work in, etc. will be good. Added: UltraVNC uses the same method as well as many other popular remote apps. But since UltraVNC is open source, you can download and look at their code to develop your own DLL or component to be used for this project.
