RFID app for win ce 5.0

Looking for a programmer to develop a simple Windows CE 5.0 application to read / write UHF RFID tags. This is application is a functional proof-of-concept. Only simple interface required and no complex logic. Skill Requirements: - Windows CE programming - RFID API understanding (win CE) - Client-server architecture - OOAD App Requirements: - I/O with RFID API on Windows CE 5.0 platform - Read / write UHF RFID tags - Able to count individual unique tags when reading multiple tags - Write information to simple database (can be flat file text based) - Simple user interface (generic buttons / fields / etc. - no fancy design required at moment) - Able to read URL address in UHF RFID tag and point to the web page through browser Successful development and execution of this project will lead on to the development of a complex system requiring web-based HTTPS architecture, PHP / SQL, Windows CE / Android / iOS app development, etc.
