proxy monitor that portmaps

An application that will monitor a proxy on the same host, if the proxy dies then all incoming requests for the dead proxy port are bounced to another port on either the same host or an alternative host. Need to be able to change monitoring interval in seconds. The app should continue to monitor and if the proxy comes back up the port mapping is removed. I require the monitoring of a URL to test the state of the proxy. Registration of the app is required for end user is required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 2000, XP possibly Win9x
