I need an professional programmer who is familiar with video services to finish the development of the site while also adding to the visual/graphic aspect as well. Here are the points need to be executed: 1 Full customization of Users, Channels, video up loading/downloading/streaming. 2. Needs database for users and administrators that sign up/register 3.
