Custom CHeaderCtrl in C++(repost)

URGENT: I need to change the background color of CHeaderCtrl in my application that uses CListCtrl. I also need to change the header control style to flat. The control's header is currently the standard button face color and three D, but it needs to be RED and FLAT. Please see the attached image! I can send you my complete VC++ 6.0 project if needed. This must be completed within 5 hours from now. Please only bid if you can complete it within 5 hours.
