Autorun an HTML file on a CD, check for IE and Media Player requirements

I need an application that will autorun an HTML file from a CD rom. The HTML file is called '[login to view URL]' and is located in the root directory of the cd. It has to check for Internet Explorer version 4.01 or greater and for Media player version 6.4 or greater. If they aren't present, it gives a message to the user telling them to go to [login to view URL]\downloads to get what they need. IF both IE and Netscape are present, and Netscape is the default browser, it HAS to use IE to run the HTML file. If all the required software is present, the user sees nothing and the html file runs in Internet Explorer as soon as the CD is put into the drive. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
