Remote Desktop Support

Description I need a system similar to webex, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] There will be 3 modules. 1) For companies with options where they can copy and paste some codes to on their site where a support icon shows up. They can upload their own support icon or type text. 2) For home users where they can access their pc from anywhere. 3) For technicians like teamviewer. Features Needed Simple escrow where client can request advances payments Records time of support. After the support tech can send invoice for payment. Set default hourly support rate. When tech sends invoice he can change hourly rate and give discount which shows on the invoice. Free users will be charged for some fee if they request escrow but paid users escrow will be free. Requirements Encrypted Sessions Must not be based on VNC or derivatives Must traverse firewalls and NAT's Need a web based delivery service for client and server Need a trial option facility Log/Recording of sessions Client side must be remove after session Remote printing Chat Session Whiteboard Good compression to allow remote session over dialup modems VNC IS NOT THE PREFERRED TOOL This project is for company’s only no individual please unless you have done project like this and have a demo to show.
