Website Looks to be enhanced - ASP .net Visual studio 2005

I have a 90 % complete website for one of my clients.? It was built? using Visual Studio 2005.? It is a database driven website (SQL 2005).? I need to enhance looks of this website. I need a good looking home page, background and Menu buttons etc for the website.? If I can get complete look and feel enhancement would be great.? I am expecting the individual to provide the design and the code for the homepage and any other design changes so that my web developer doesn't have to do additional work.? This design needs to be very catchy, colorful and should download very fast.? Flash is also preffered.? so I need combination of two skills, ASP .net and Webdesign.? highly preffered a senior individual who has done similar work for retail websites, ecommerce etc,? marketing different products.? **Succesfull completion of this will lead to future multiple contracts** I can provide? my clients website link? later.?
