Web Based Project Management for Internal Use

I am looking for a good way to allow several design engineers to communicate together. Hardware Design, Firmware Design, and Software Design. A web based application seems to be the only solution. We can host the application on our server. Right now, we have many different files that should be shared between us. Being able to check files in and out, track bugs, discuss issues in a discussion thread, etc are some of the things we are looking for. As a group, I don't have to elaborate too much to you on how important it is to have a central information system. Hopefully someone has something already developed that they can sell. I am really only interested in something that has already been implemented. I'm not interested in a long drawn out design process for this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 2000, XP
