web application enhancement -VB .net asp .net

I have a web application written in VB .net asp .net, I would like to enhance it. About the application: The application is an accident Management System, where the staff report about incidents. The staff belong to different departments, and there are Incharges for those dept. When a staff reprot and accident he has two option either to draft or to send the incident to quality assurance dept. if he draft it will stay in his workbench until he send it to the Quality dept. when any incharge of the dept where the staff belong to login he will see as well the incident if it is still not sent to Quality dept. Incharge relation to dept is many to many. I need the following enhancements: - enhance in the work flow of the sending of incident reprot from one level to another. - enhance the search facility. - create reprots and charts. - some existing errors to be fixed. The time frame will be 20 days and the source code will be provided as well as sample pages of new pages required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows platforms.
