Simple SQL backend website.

This should be a pretty easy project. The coder will create a SQL backend database to interact with a website. Here is how it should work. Person A signs up with website, uploads a few file and there info. Person B is is able to view the file and basic info of person A. If person B likes person's A file, they have an option to pay to see more of his/her files. Finally person A gets a spin-off amount of whatever person B has paid. I'll be working hand in had with coder to setup the website. I do not know a thing about SQL stuff, but I do know web design and layout. If you can setup the backend SQL and accept payment thru [login to view URL], then I can do the rest. I'm running Windows 2000 Server, and SQL on the same box. Currently the server is with me for testing. When it goes live, the site will be transferred to my hosting provider. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working SQL database as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will include instructions on how to setup the SQL database. Or personal installation using Remote Admin on my system. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 2000 server. SQL database.
