Simple Photo Manager

I need a program which is almost similar to the webshots [login to view URL] would be having a place to display advertisements gif files in the top which is downloaded by itself periodically All options of the webshots are [login to view URL] an exact clone. I will be helping with the screensaver part and the self executing which will configure the new photos downloaded from the site(though will not write the code myself as I am pressed for time..) There must be an option to download the photos from the IE/Netscape (Opera if possible, IE/Netscape is a must). that is in the right click popup menu there must be an option for Download with PhotoManager and must have a small IE toolbar which shows tickertape advt. and a key to highlight the .jpg, gif, etc photo links /photos etc. There should be a place in the program to display the log of downloading the pictures having name, site address, percentcomplete and time to/remaining to complete. (Later, not now, I would like to add registration part which can be easily cracked! to make it popular in the event I am offering it for download!!. I must be able to write it myself looking through the code you have written) If you need any further instructions reply with a bid amount and the winner get the complete project specification.
