Had to start over again as English is mandatory.... sorry! Looking for a programmer who speaks GERMAN for a new site. Required are: Experts in programming, creative, initiative, competent, time for project, reliable. It shall be a site for classified ads: estate, cars, jobs, and marketplace where you can sell, buy and search. Time will not be the problem - can also be implemented in phases (i.e. estates first) The key factor will be that each theme will have different input and seach criterias. Very good is the site of www(dot)willhaben(dot)at which did it very well. Example input/search screen for estates is different vs cars. Important are: + powerfull admin part - maintaining also for people who are non- programmer. + logical user functions + search engine friendly - URL rewrite... + very good search functions + different input/search criterias for estates / cars / jobs / marketplace + up-to-date programming language (please adv which system you would take.) + payment system - to be defined per category (i.e cars) Paypal, Visa, Moneybookers, EU bank transfer + high gloss layout Web 2.0 - example: [login to view URL] + banner tool (top, side, links, etc...) + linkbuilding – register in top 10 search engines (google, yahoo, dmoz,…) with important Pagerank + site should have PR 4+ (in future) – should be done in approx 1 yr - sooner the better. If an existing system can cover these requirements with adaptions its fine - otherwise it has to be programmend from scratch. Pls adv the following: a) which system (CMS) you would take b) layouts what you suggest (with examples) c) a couple of references Those which only state - this can be done easily - are automatically removed from the list.
