Freelance web developer required for ongoing part-time work

I'm a freelance developer and project manager. I'm looking for a freelancer to assist me with various web development projects on a weekly basis (part-time initially, as per your availability). The kind of work would range from simple content-driven sites built in a custom ASP CMS, to shopping carts developed using purchased PHP software, and various other projects from time to time (as per your available tools and skillset). Required skills: XHTML CSS PHP and/or Classic ASP JavaScript Databases (One or more of the following: MySQL, MS SQL Server, MS Access) Photoshop or equivalent (Just for cutting up sites; I don't expect you to be a designer) Desirable skills include: XML Flash (Just for editing things, not for design) Any .NET Any other web-related languages I require someone with good English skills and good knowledge of current web standards. Also, you will need to be available on an instant messaging network so we can discuss projects. Please post a summary of your development experience or a resume, with examples of websites you've worked on (explain what your role was in developing them). Also, state your availability (e.g. hours per week). Please bid with your hourly rate and payment terms (usually I pay via PayPal invoicing).
