Dynamic dropdown menu from access

Hallo Programmer(s) I need a dynamic dropdown menu to be inserted into a table within a webdesign (see attached zip file); I just need the code and will implement it myself. The function has to display all the main categories and then if you place your mouse over a single category it should list all associated subcategories (mouseover). Both the main categories and the subcategories have to work as hyperlinks. It have to be dynamic since the number of main categories and sub categories will vary.
