data base for customers help

please look at the: [login to view URL] we need all features come on sample like click on pictures for better view and Technician section. this is the system to track the cars on body shops and we need this ready template for multiple usage. the script or template should have a administration panel with user name and password for uploading the pictures. the tracking system should offer in two kind. 1-private checking(each client has user name and password to check the owned vehicle) 2- public checking(any visitors are able to look at the pictures) better base on PHP but ASP still ok
