ColdFusion to ASP.NET (VB.NET) Website Rebuild

We have a client seeking to rebuild or convert an existing ColdFusion based website to ASP.NET. The existing site uses a MySQL database and everything is hosted on a Windows 2008 server. The first part of the project would be to transition everything to SQL Server 2008. After that, we would develop/convert a new site using VB.NET to match most of the existing features. Right now we are seeking to find the right person to handle this project for us. After completion your services would be retained for maintaining the website. Please provide your hourly rate, and information about your skills/background that will be useful in making a decision.
