ASP script to get UPS Rates and Transit Time via XML

Create a ASP function that when given a US zip code and weight it will retreive the UPS rates and transit times. Script will use XML to connect to the "UPS Rates and Service Selection", and "UPS Time in Transit" tools at [login to view URL] The ASP function should return a string that has a HTML Select Drop-Down Menu with the rates in it like: | Service | Days in Transit | Cost | | Ground | 9/23/2003 by 12:00 Noon | $00.00 | | Next Day Air | 9/24/2003 by End of Day | $00.00 | | 2nd Day Air | 9/25/2003 by End of Day | $00.00 | | 3 Day Select | 9/26/2003 by End of Day | $00.00 | ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
