ASP generated Javascript order form(repost)(repost)

Right. I have a site, they have an order form. It is in several stages but i only need the first section doing. It is a form for a fruit and vegetable website, and allows customers to place an order online and have it delivered. payemtn is on delivery so no esales processing required. I need the following: A form that can be expanded by the user by clicking an "add more" button to get another line on the form, similar to the "add another file" function in the googlemail website. I want each line in the form to be a series of drop down boxes and/or text fields, shown in the image attached. Changing category will change the products listed. Changing the product will change the methods of order (either "weight" "quantity" or the ability to select either). Clicking the "add another line" button should insert another series of fields beneath the existing ones. this should be unlimited. the values for the drop-down boxes come from an access database, the rest fo thepage is in place - i've just been messing with the form for too long so i'm selling this aprt out. current recordsets are as follows: recordset "cat" - contains all categories of products. fields are "name" and "id". the "id" is an autonumber field used to reference the categories. the "name" field is the display name of the category. recordset "prod" - contains all the products avalable for purchase. fields are: "id", "name", "cat" and "order_in". again, "id" field is an autonumber used to reference each product. "name" is a display name for the product. "cat" is which category it should appear under. "order_in" determines how the product can be order. value of 1 = weight, 2 = quantity, 3 = users choice. --- Now i've had two people mess me around unable to complete the project due to a lack of skills. Please do not bid if you are liekly to be a third. ## Deliverables xhtml 1.0 transitional compliant, tidy coding. the page must be DYNAMIC - not an amateur approach of reloading pages as you go. i just need the code to sit in a page thats already built, so no ado connections etc, its all ready to go however i realise some asp looping codes are neccessary. info on the recordset is listed above. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP and javascript, must work in ff1.0+, ie4+, nn4+, opera, all other major browsers. xhtml 1.0 transitional comliant.
