ASP file upload DLL

Write a DLL to used by an ASP app. I have an ASP 3.0 app. In the app, a web Client will upload a file from her workstation by using an ASP form with multipart/form-data as the file source. Coder is to: 1) Create a dll that will a) create and apply Custom Office document properties to a file on _the client's workstation_. b) upload the file to a SQL database on a specific Database server. c) create a PDF of the file and store the PDF in the SQL DB also. 2) Test harness to demonstrate multiple simultaneous uploads and to stress test the app. Include Source code of test harness. 3) Use VB6 only to create the DLL and the test/stress harness. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
