1 to 1 ASP Ajax Chat

We would like to develop a 1 to 1 Ajax Chat (ASP-Active Server Pages). We have developed an intranet for our small business which has offices in 3 different locations. This is how it should work..... User-A logs in to the intranet, the application will detect that he is logged in not matter where he is in the site. User-B is already logged in since past 30 minutes and is browsing profiles of other users. When he visits User-A's profile he sees that User-A is logged in and is interested to chat, so he clicks 'Chat with User-A' link. At this moment User-B gets the 1 to 1 chat window and at the same time User-A not matter where he is on the site recevies a popup window notifying him that User-B wants to chat, User-A can accept or refuse to chat. The following are our requirements... 1) Developed using Ajax with ASP. Backend will be sql server 2005. 2) The chat window should be very easy to use and should look slick and great. 3) There should be an ability to conference chat. User-A or User-B can invite other logged in users to join the chat. SOmething like a private room chat. 4) The application should be developed as a module where it can be plugged into any application. 5) All code should be clealrly documented and also a functional documented will be provided with flow logic etc. 6) Coder will develop the app on his server, we will not provide any server or hosting to develop the application. If you do not have sql server 2005, then you can use access database. Note - a) If all the above points are not satisfied and delivered we will cancel the project b) if the project (beta stage) is not completed by deadline + 1 week, we will cancel the project. There will be no extension granted. By bidding you understand the cancel policy and will respect the our decison when we cancel the project. ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE WORKED ON A SIMILAR PROJECT. YOUR BID SHOULD SHOW US SOME DEMO PREVIOUSLY WORKED ON. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP, AJAX, Javascript, VbScript, Sql Server 2005 Compatibale with IE and Firefox
