48614 PHP Humor Code Site

I want my site re-done. It is a humor site that provides a code for people to copy and paste into there blogs profiles and websites. It is ProfileHumor.com. I wanted to have a layout similar to [login to view URL] /[login to view URL] but doesn't have to follow it exactly. I wanted a site similar to [login to view URL] . or [login to view URL] but all the pics and videos will have codes to copy and paste into profiles etc. I am looking for a site like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] but with humor pics and videos. I want three categories, Pics, Funny Videos, and Other Videos. Other videos will have music videos cartoons movie clips and such. I also want a News page, submit page, Contact and a FAQ page. There will be a front page and with top 3 videos and pics and the 6 newest and when some clicks on them it will take them to a page with the pic/video. Then the pics/videos page will have about 5 thumbnails across and 10 down and every time a new pic/video is added it will go to the top moving other down and creating a new page when necessary. I also wanted an admin area, In this admin area I can upload new Pics, and funny video and then the Other videos I wanted to be able to add the link location of the video (these wont be hosted by me) and it will create the code and post the video. I wanted to be able to add a link to a banner or my banner rotation and have it be displayed on certain areas of the site. I want to be able to also add news and FAQ through this admin area and send out newsletters to all people who are members and signed up for the newsletter. This is basically everything, but I would like to watch the progress of the site if its not too much trouble. I had already hired a programmer for $200 for 10 days and he made this site perfect but for some reason he won't answer emails and I cant get a hold of him. I have been emailing him for a week and nothing so I am moving on. I have spent almost $300 on servers and $200 on him and no site is up. I wanted this site up almost 2 months ago…so I will be looking for a cheap price and a fast delivery when I pick the programmer. I would pay a lot of money but I cant since I got screwed over on the last deal and my budget is low.
