79554 OSCommerce shipping Mod Urgent

Hi, I built a store for a client using OSCommerce, and I am a little late in delivering it to my client because he wants it customized to do a shipping method that seems deceptively simple but for which I cannot find a default or contributed module to acheive this. Here is how he wants shipping to work. Offer 3 methods of shipping: Free UPS ground or USPS priority mail UPS 3 day service= 10.50 Flat Rate Per Order UPS Next day= 25.00 Flat Rate Per Order I'd like to be able to admin these prices from within the admin area. please note we have not given our client access to the entire admin area, and so you will need to be given a brief web based tour of the site via IM, so you can be told where we have deviated from the standard installation. -if you read to here, you'll put two :):)'s in your bid - The changes we have applied are nothing major, just contributed mods and a few of our own. In the admin area, we just commented some of the functionality out so the client couldn't break his own store. And we hard coded a few of our own mods in as well, but they won't obstruct you if you know oscommerce in any capacity beyond total beginner. In fact, OSC beginners need not apply. Im far beyond that, and this is still over my head. Oh yeah. Did I mention I need this right now? Like yesterday even? Like, you are still sitting there bidding and arent done with my project yet? please dont bid if you cannot spend the next three or five hours doing this and ensuring it will be done tonight (or today in your time zone?) Im not mean, or high pressure. Just stuck with a tomorrow deadline and a bug I was thinking would be an easy mod which I'd bang out this evening. But I took a look and it wasn't.
