Wordpress Classipress Custom Fields Search

Hello Wordpress Experts, I am looking for someone that is a Wordpress Expert that might also have some experience with classipress theme. Right now when creating 'custom fields' only those fields that are 'drop down are appearing' in the 'Refine Search' part of the site. Other fields: text area, checkboxes, radio buttons, etc. won't appear. I need this modified so that I can create any type of field and have it appear in the 'Refine Search' section so users can filter the content as they would like. Please see the screenshot and let's get this going ASAP!
