I have a chat program but it has a simple bug. The users once sign out from the chat, still it shows him in the number of users online. I mean, even though there is no other user online, the users online list shows up the maximum. I have the whole code available. It is based on PHP/Ajax/MySQL database. At first sight it feels everything working fine, but when I tested with 100+ users then the problem is clearly found. I have some idea on how to work with bug fix, by deleting the user from database who is online for 5min with inactivity or anything you suggest.
