356886 ajax contact form-email submit

**DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT START WORKING IMMEDIATELY. THIS PROJECT MUST BE FINISHED WITHIN 3 HOURS** I need five contact forms created using AJAX/PHP. There will not be a MySQL database necessary. See attached Word doc for the form layouts. Each form has a few required fields. All messages to the user (successful submission, error in validation, etc) need to appear via Ajax, without reloading the page. Each form will be on a separate HTML page. I will provide you with an HTML template to build the form inside, but you will create all form fields. please write on the PMB with any questions. This project must be started and finished within 3 hours. I will escrow the full payment amount and release payment upon completion of the project.
