Create map based on an existing picture

I have an image of a painted map that I would like a digital version of. Basically something that would work as a map in a game. Image is attached. Requirements: The land boundaries in the new image should match the one I provide. So to start out the land segments would need to be traced. The letters, numbers, and grid are not needed. Just the land and the blue water lines. Additionally it would be nice to have some slight details on the map instead of just colors. Here is what the colors should represent. The green represents grass The clear area is ocean The brown on the left side represents Minerals/rocks/mountains The brown on the right side represents trees/forests The yellowish orange areas are dirt/yellow grass The most important aspect is the boundaries of the land sections and that they match the original. How they look is not as important. Expected deliverable is a jpg or png of the completed image Time Frame: 1 week?
