3d renders

URGENT I need approx 3 renders done for a project which theme is to do with music....deadline THURSDAY 28th FEB 2013 GMT ! - render of music stage (from an audience point of view) (example PICTURE ADDED ) - render of recording studio (either just in the recording spaces and or a view from the control room looking into the recoding spaces) (example PICTURES ADDED ) - render of radio station (a view from the control room looking into the radio station) (example PICTURE ADDED ) or 3d model of these spaces with lighting etc already placed... I use Google Sketchup so I would need to access files afterwards to make any changes etc. unless if I am happy with the result and its already rendered then it's fine.
