Before you bid please read this description! ! ! We need a good and fast 3d modeler that can model a building with the help of a point cloud. To view a ready made project please visit: [login to view URL] Don't model the sample building. We will give you a test job to see how good you are. We will pay for a correct test building. We use Right Hemisphere "Deep Exploration" to view the models. You can download a trial of Deep Exploration via google. Before you send us the building review them in Deep Exploration and check that the modeled building is in the same place as the point cloud. Also check for flickering and overlapping problems. We have for the modeling following data: *point cloud; *images of the building; *aerial view image. Our requirements for the building: *model the building in the same place as the point cloud (dont move the point cloud as it contains geographical coordinates) *model all architectural details (Cornices, chimneys, windows, window frames, etc); *the building must be in line with the point cloud, allowed are 5cm of displacement; *for the windows and doors use pictures; *for the facade use textures; *for the roof use textures; *remove all ads from pictures that you use for windows, doors etc.; *try to remove dust and scratches from door pictures when using them in the model; *don’t model the rain pipes, signs, lamps etc. When possible use our generic textures: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We need *.obj and *.max files.
