I need to create image overlays of 7 regions in South Africa in Google Earth It is a very exact a precise job. The worker needs to convert the pdf into another format in the most smallest possible visible size (I used photoshop) and then put it as a overlay on google earth. There a 7 regions which each have about 100 maps. After one has done a few maps then its like putting puzzle pieces together. I have attached exaples of my work and a map which a bidder must do a mock up for me. i will start by doing 1 region, if it works out we can do all regions. All serious bidders must send me a sample before I accept

I'm quite familiar with the tools used to extract vector and raster data from pdfs, as well as programatically reprojecting them and writing the result into Google Earth format. Writing GIS applications has been one of my specialties, and the requirement to write quick conversion scripts for importing data has been a frequent occurrence. Of course I would need to see a sample pdf, or at least a portion of one before a 'mock-up' can even be contemplated. I'll adjust my bid (particularly the time until delivery) once I've had a chance to examine the pdf.
