299624 Geotargetted redirection

I have a set of domains which each contain a set of simple HTML pages. Each page contains html links in one or more places on the page. I need a script and web interface which allows me to redirect traffic for these links based on top-level domain of incoming traffic (e.g. uk, fr, de, com, edu, at etc) to specified URLs. So for example the html links in each page might be to pages like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], sports.html. I might want all traffic from the UK to go to [login to view URL] when [login to view URL] is clicked by a UK user and to [login to view URL] for all traffic from France when [login to view URL] is clicked by a French user etc. I need a web interface which allows me to specify and change the destination of each (host domain, user top-level domain, page link) triplet as required. (I am open to suggestions of better representations of this)
