I already have my patent pending application ready to submit on legalzoom but I am looking for a patent expert who can help with the following: 1. provide advice as to whether my product is patentable or whether it should be a design type patent. 2. do a global search of patents and patent pending applications to ensure there isn't already a patent. 3. Read through my application and ensure I am covered (this may require you to modify the language of the appliation). 4. optional: write and submit my report without legal zoom....If you can do this all for under $100.
