Credit Repair website using Opencart

For starters, I need you to place the name of one of the three credit agencies in the US. This will let me know whether or not you will at least be able to understand what I need. Here is what I need: I run opencart 3.0. I want my customers to be able to sign up and buy things with a type of store credit. When they sign up, their Vantage score will be pulled from one of the credit agencies. Based on what their score is (a number from 300-850) they will automatically be placed into a specific customer group. These groups should automatically apply a specific amount of store credit the customer can use. At checkout, they will be charged $25 per item and the rest is to be taken from the store credit. If they do not have enough store credit to cover the amount, they cannot proceed. Once payment is completed, they will be billed on the same day every month for the same amount as their deposit, until their store credit is back to the original amount, with their last payment being less than $25 per item, if you understand what I mean. Here is an example: Customer (we will call him Bob) signs up on my site. His vantage score is 546. This puts him in the customer group 500-599. His account is automatically given $500 store credit. bob decides he wants 3 items. Total for all 3 items, with tax (shipping is always free) is $478.26 Here is where the fun math comes in. During checkout, he will have to provide payment of $75, leaving his balance of $403.26 Once he has paid, in his account it should show his available store credit as $96.74. It should also show that he owes $403.26 with a payment of $75 due 1 month from the date of the transaction. Bob should get a reminder email about 3 days before bill is due. When Bob pays his first payment of $75, his account panel should reflect this. His available credit should be $171.74 and his remaining balance should be $328.26. Eventually, after paying his monthly payments for a few months, his balance will end up at $28.26 and his available credit should be $471.74 so his last payment, instead of being $75 like all other payments, should just be $28.26. I will also need record attached to the customers account stating when Bob paid, and whether or not it was late that I can easily access in the admin area. There are other things I want to accomplish, such as the ability to add another item in the future, and it automatically just adds $25 to the monthly payment. Thanks for reading this far.
