For my client I´m looking for a NGINX scripter (m/w/d) in nearshoring. Position: NGINX scripter (m/w/d) for Cloud Foundry BTP XSUAA OAuth Service Duration: 18/10/2021 to 28/02/2022 Location: 100% remote work possible Language: English fluent Experience Level: Senior Background: Our XSUAA OAuth Token Service in Cloud Foundry Environment of BTP is undergoing architectural renewal so it gets more resilient. It's the primary authentication/authorization service receiving millions of requests per day. Today we already use NGINX in front of the service to rate-limit requests. Tasks: 1. Enhance the NGINX with various capabilities. 2. Routing - Routing to the right XSUAA instance for a given tenant ID in the URL 3. Retry - Retry a failed/timeouted request to same or another instance. Skills: • Fluent English • NGINX and NGINX Scripting • Hyperscaler knowledge (AWS) • Nice to have: Database knowledge on how to use a database in large scale cloud applications including read replicas, sharding etc.
