Hello, I have skills in configuring Cisco routers and i think this wont be a problem for me. We will just need to do some static NAT rules and maybe few more things, but that depends on your configuration. In any case, you can show me configuration (you will remove info that you dont want me to know) and i will tell you for sure what we need to do. You can also ask me anything related to you'r problem and i will try to explain as much as i can. Last year i spent configuring many Cisco and MikroTIK routers with great success and i'm really confident that i can fix you'r problem fast.
