INVENTORY AND POS RETAIL SOFTWARE WITH BARCODE FOR MULTILOCATION STORE

I need a server based database application, which can be accessed from multiple stores, and can be controlled from one central location, that will allow multiple POS terminals in each store, with everything needed by law for retail sales in INDIA, with tax calculations and all built in (and adjustable from admin panel when new taxes are announced), and inventory management. This should support printing of barcodes, and scanning of the said barcodes at checkout time. Please bid only if you are familiar with the needs of retails stores and you are really experienced.
