Set Up a Very Simple Dot net Nuke CMS based Website

Set up a Real Estate website based on MS SQL and ASP.net using DotNetNuke Community edition Functionality Required: Only Admin has the rights to publish the real estate listings. Administrator can submit BUY/Rent(or Lease), Commercial or Residential Type Properties Users can only view the [login to view URL] can not post on website but can request a listing with the help of Form submission.A form to request listing is required Users can search properties as on website [login to view URL] This website has to cater at maximum 5 cities. So Parent will be City and there will sub localities which can be added or removed in master. Property can have attribute types of City, Sub-Location,Buy or Rent, Commercial or Residential, Budget. User can filter with the help of these attributes. These are compulsory attributes of a property. There are additional optional attributes about the facilities lift, power backup, serviced, swimming pool, park etc. which are to be developed in form of icon. User see these icons , and filter the results by multiple select of these icons. Also a listing can be featured or any special type, which comes at top when a user searches for a property. Admin in the backend can tick choose these options in backend while posting or editing any property. Also admin publishes the contact details, and has option to hide these. Live chat is to be integrated. As this real estate website has to cater a very small area, like one city in beginning, and then can be expanded to multiple cities at max 5, Category(City) and Sub-Categories(Localities) can be configured, added or removed in backend by admin. About: Look and Navigation There can be static pages below the search are on home page, like featured builders are there on [login to view URL] Website has to have a very simple look and feel like [login to view URL] only(in terms of CSS), so no special , jazzy template is to be installed. There are to be static blocks of re-sizable banners at various positions on homepage, and static pages, whih are to be inserted as widget between contents, and search result pages. Static links to static pages are also to be configured in footer also, and can be edited as and when required. This has to be .Net based website, any other CMS can also be used or developed with specifically this functionality only. No additional functions are required.
