Create Card Link File

Dear freelancers, This project involves creating a single web (in a MVC design pattern) where user will click a button. Once the button is clicked, it will call a WCF method which will create a Text File (Comma Separated). This text file will be saved on the server side and user will be allowed to save it on his local computer via a 'Save As' dialog which will popup once the file on the server is created successfully. The contents of the file will be fetched from a database. Once a record from the database is included in the text file, you will need to update couple of fields in the database table against that record. The page should be developed in using MVC architecture and Entity Framework should be used to interact with the database. You must use the solution file we will provide you to do all your development. Please note that you must complete the development using the technologies and version listed in the attachment.
