225565 Simple C# Windows Service

Need a window service that calls a exe. We will provide the exe, but you can use a test for development. The service will read from a [login to view URL] file for the schedule to run. This propery will be a weekly date or parameter. You must log each processing and have exception handling. You must use the latest Microsoft patterns and practices application blocks. You must provide an installer for this service and it must be written in C# in vs 2005 or 2008
