I want it be upgraded to new version of f=e=d=e=n=a pro (remove =)

I am running f=e=d=e=n=a pro(multischool version) in one of my servers and it running very fine. I want it be upgraded to new version of f=e=d=e=n=a pro(I have new f=e=d=e=n=a pro version software(script) also instruction manual) I have more than 20 school setups in my existing f=e=d=e=n=a pro installation and I do not want to harm it and it has to be intact after up-gradation. I have root access to my server. I do not have cpanel or phpmyadmin in the server. I want you take complete backup of sever and settings before you start your work. And if you fail you have make it working as before when you started the work(as it is working right now) I can pay max 1500INR for this project and I can pay 50% in advance as milestone. It is best if you complete the project in next 12-24hrs. Please do not bid more than 1500INR totally for the project. We are a software company running successfully for past 8years. More projects of similar kind will be given on daily basis if this project is completed successfully.
