I need to see the query being executed. I wasn't able to tell from your screenshot what application you have running. It sounds like you have a default value of 1 being set that column and that column also requires a unique value.

I have good experience in DB design, development. Will be able to provide a fix for the issue. Will need read access to the database for querying/troubleshooting the issue post which the script with the fix will be provided. If the requested permissions are provided will run the script myself.

There is a problem in data entry. There are duplicate values in one of the primary key or unique column. If you find the duplicate entry in your table and correct it (that probably will the id column) it will fix that. I told you the full solution ;) . How ever if you didn't understand, I am here to do it
