We have a web app developed and we need some help to adapt it. The way it works now, it is an app that you install on the server and you have one admin,and some team members/users under admin; so only one person/group can use it. We want to convert this into a SaaS/hosted model, where client can sign up for our service and to have access automatically to his team/admin account and then he can create accounts for his team members/users under him. (we need to virtualize it somehow, like we would install this app many times, maybe db structure needs to be adapted). Our app is a Single Page Application built on top of AngularJS framework and a RESTful API in Laravel, making it very easy to customize and extend. A Gulp script for common development tasks is also included. Dear Sir, We will be working on the 7D process, which are as under: - First we would like to initiate the Skype call with you in order to prepare the technical document for the upcoming project. - Based on the technical document we will prepare the wireframe for the project and share it with you. -Once you approve the wireframes we will convert them into HTML5 / Twitter Bootstrap /AngularJS FRAMEWORK. -Once you approve the HTML we will start working on the technical part of the project development and will share it with on the staging environment of ours. -Once the development part is done we will run the QA on the project and share with you the BETA release which will consists of all required feature and this will be for your close group demo -After getting your final feedback on the project we will do the needful changes and once you approved the final feedback on project we will do the final QA of the project and get it ready for launch.
